I just lost a half hour rant that I’m not going to recreate. Third time this has happened, and if I knew in advance how much I should write, I should always do it on a Word document so I would not be subject to the whims of Medium software….so I’m pissed at myself as well as the software.

The rant was about reification of government. “The government” does not care about anything. The people who decide to show up or the people selected from among those who showed up get to decide what the government does or does not care about.

I clapped for your response to recognize the value and to troll for others so maybe we can dig into this at the length I was attempting. Thank you.
