My outfit, Dog Iron Press, does on demand through Create Space---which I think may have changed its name since I published a book and even may have spun off from Amazon.

My feelings about your suggestion have come as far as getting a zip document with all of my writings in it a couple of months ago. I doubt that you understand the volume. The first year I published on Medium, I far exceeded 365.

My idea was to break it down by topic, creating the problem of overlap--so it needs an editor. I do not have enough time left to spend it re-telling my tales. My wife will inherit my copyrigfhts, so i have always hoped they would be worth something at some point. Right now, I have a savings account that has collected small royalty checks from Carolina Academic Press, Amazon, and Miniver Press. The only one not on demand is Carolina, and my understanding is that if they decide to destroy the remainders, I have first refusal on buying them at author's price. I am proud of the cover. I designed it and described it to Carolina's artist, who nailed it.

Anyway, publishing my Medium stuff is a great idea but would require an editor. First task: name topics. I get, without sweat, civil rights, civil liberties, American Indians, foreign policy, Donald Trump.....you get the idea.

All I could offer would be editor credit on the book and a split of royalties to be negotiated, remembering that the spiit might have to include a cover artist.

I will publish this on my Facebook page and select the person with the best track record unless someone I've known forever volunteers for a gig that is probably a lot of work for very little dough.
